i starighten my hair everyday and that probably why it is so strawlike and damaged but my hair looks like crap of i dont straighten it. please help me to get smooth silky hair!

go to the hairdressers, get it cut and ask them for advice.

you could also put some products in your hair to help reduce the damage, but you should think about not straightening your hair, but doing something else with it. you could blow dry it striaght, or do nothing to it, and put it up in a pony tail. nobody really cares what your hair looks like though...

try an intensive conditioner, and you can prevent it from happening by using heat protection spray.

find a hair mask that's for repairing damage from flat iron/straight perm. lucidol has one, but i'm not sure whether you can get it from where you live. it's a japanese brand.

if not, just find some other repairing hair mask.

go to a hair salon and ask for hair treatment too. if it's really good, you can literally feel the difference in just one treatment.

get your ends trimmed, because thats where the most damage is

Go to the drug store, an look for products that are meant to fix hair like that, i really like Dove Intense Damage Therepy,

Then, look for something to put in your hair before you straighten it, to protect it from the heat

And once a week, do a deep conditioner, or a hair mask/wrap
