If you dye your hair alot, leave your hair alone and wait to dye it atleast 3 years later or so. Hair dye has terrible chemicals that kill dry/damage your hair.

Brush your hair before shampooing and conditioning so your hair won't be tangeled.

Don't wash your hair everyday try 3 times a week

Avoid combing hair while wet, use a wide tooth comb.

Deep condition twice a week

Trim your hair tips every 4-6 weeks.

While shampooing massage your scalp with your fingertips slowly, it's not necessary to shampoo the ends, then rinse with warm water.

When using a conditioner leave on for about 1-3 minutes so you can get great results then comb hair with wide tooth comb then rinse with very cold water to have shiny hair

If you use gel/hairspray/moose stop using them. They damage and dry up your hair.

If you use heat appliaces (blowdryers, curling irons, hair straightener) use a heat protecter spray so it'll protect your hair from heat.

If your in the sun alot buy a cap or a hoodie to protect your hair from the sun, heat damages and drys out your hair.

Buy a leave-in-conditioner/leave-in conditioner/creme to moisturize your hair all day long and don't rinse.

After your out of the shower set your blowdryer on cool setting and blowdryer your hair for 2 minutes, this will help seal the hair cuticles for a smooth shiny surface.

If you dye your hair do it atleast once a year, hair dye has terrible chemicals that kill your hair.

That's probably the area that rubs against your collar or clothing. Condition it more often and wear your hair up if possible to avoid the friction with your clothes, especially in the Winter.

Stop using conditioner! You could be drying out your hair by contantly removing all the natural protective oils. Next time you do to the salon, ask your stylist about it. She might be able to recommend a special shampoo.

Get a good moisturizer.... and a good leave in cond. I would recomend "Fermodyl (Pink), conditioner" or use the Paul Mitchell Moisturizier.....I'm sure there are others out there equally as good. I order Fermodyl from "Betty, at 1-503-258-1120" in Portland Oregon. She has the Pink Fermodyl 0233, and the 0233 Shampoo together they work very well...... the Pink Fermodyl, Treatment and Shine is a leave in conditioning treatment..... and it works best if you use a squirt bottle,,,and apply where you need it most,,,,, it also works as a detangler...... wonderful stuff. Call her and tell her that Sandy referred ya...... k?

Call her.... she is great..... K?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use about 1 teaspoon of every oil, and 1 teaspoon of the honey. A little more if ur hair is long and a little less if ur hair is short.

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower. I use Clean Happy from Herbal Essences.

You should use a light conditioner such as Herbal Essences Clean Happy

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
