The only way is to cut it...you can try asking your stylist for some deep conditioning stuff and do that....and use leave in conditioner. Also when you're washing your hair, make sure to leave the conditioner in for at least 3 minutes before washing it out. That way it'll penetrate the hair better. Hope I helped and good luck!

Try a hot oil treatment, condition, condition, condition. You might consider a water filter on your shower head to remove the chlorine from your water, this is really harsh on skin %26amp; hair. Stay away from shampoos that contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, read about the Hazards of this stuff in our shampoo. try using olive oil, just heat it up in the microwave, make sure its not to hot though,, then apply it to dry hair, wash it out after a half hour to a hour,,, use shampoo, rinse it really well,, then apply a deep penetrating conditioner,, leave it on for 10 min, rinse,,,,then buy a good leave in conditioner,, I'm sure your hair will feel like silk after this,, also use olive oil at least once a week,,,,,,,,,,,
