well its only bad if the brand of conditioner is bad. if she used a good salon conditioner than it can help repair your hair. :)

it will just dry out her hair. its not the best thing to do to her hair but its not goin to kill it.

I don't see how leaving in conditioner could possibly harm her hair unless the conditioner has sulfates or alcohol in it, which both dry the hair out. Check the ingredients list on the container if you're not sure.
