I have itchy scalp and my hair is dry and falling out?

I used to have the most beautifu hair. Long, straight, shinny, silky. In otherwords, completely healthy, and about 2 years ago, I had a puppy that got Main (mange) some skin decease, that dried her coat and made her hair fall out. Well ever since them, about two years ago, my scalp has been very, very itchy, my hair has changed, its dry, thinning and it falls out easily. i am very scared to loose my hair. Any sugestions. Could that dog give me something, to make my hair, dry and my scalp itchy. I had never had this problem before, please help

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp.
