So i have been bleaching my hair for a long time now and i have never had a problem until i went to ULTA. I'm not sure if it's their bleach or something else. Now my hair is soo tangly and frizzy. The only way for it to look good is by straightening it. (i have wavy hair). Is there a really good conditioner to use to fix my hair? Why their bleach?
