You should try those Sunsilk Hairtherapy shampoos. They work really good. Try the green bottle, which is Anti-frizz, and I think the pinkish bottle for dry hair. It says it right on the bottle and they really do work very well. I have very frizzy curly poofy thick hair (so fun...NOT!) and I use the green and the blue bottles and they do work really really good. They are about $3 something. You could use their 24/7 creame and that will work too besides the shampoo and conditioner. Good luck!

Try using shampoos and conditioners made for dry and damaged hair (I personally love Garnier Fructis). Also use a deep conditioner once a week. It's really good for your hair. If you have frizz, I would reccomend maybe trying a flat iron, but make sure you get one with ceramic plates, otherwise it could further damage your hair.

CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER!!! Not the cheap kind either. You may have to go to a beauty supply store. It might cost arrount $40. Trust me I have been stuggling with this issue as well, for years

Try shampooing your hair regular with conditioner. After that heat up a hot oil treatment as hot as you can stand it. Wrap your up in the towel for about 45 minutes and then rinse it. It works wonders.

My hair is very thick and and it gets frizzy when i wash my hair . this is what i do and it helps ALOT . when u wash your hai ruse sunsilk shampoo and conditioner and the other product u put on it after words by sunsilk u will know when u go buy it . well straighten ur hair with a real good straightener . and then put the stuff on there and it make it thinner and no frizz. IT WORKS . i always had problems with my hair until i started doing that . o and u should wash ur hair every other day if it is dry .

I had the same problem. i use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine shampoo and conditioner. If your hair is frizzy when you straighten your hair i recomend you the Chi. its a straightner, and curler because it is a thin straightener but its expensive mine costed $175. If your hair is frizzy when u try to do it curly try Garnier Fructis Hard Curl Gel. you put it on we hair and then scrunge it. It leaves the frizz OUT. hoped i helped.

My hair is the same way, so i absolutely have to use products on my hair to control it. I try to use moisturizing conditioners and a deep conditioner. In the shower after you lather the conditioner in your hair, put on a shower cap and leave in for ten minutes while you shave or wash your body. Don't completely rinse the conditioner out, and when done towel drying apply a light leave in conditioner spray like Infusium 23...That one is really good. After you use that one, use a smoothing creme like Sunsilk Hydra TLC or Suave Professionals Smoothing Cream. Also, Frizz Control has a great frizz product. If your hair is wavy or curly-- try John Frieda products. Particularly Brilliant Brunetter - or blonde or whatever color your hair is,...in Starlit waves... They are great to make your hair wavy, like you've been at the beach for a few hours. John Frieda also has a product called Spot lites,...this product is great to use all over just a dab; not on the roots, but at the ends. It makes your hair shiny, shimmery and silky. Simply Moisturizing Mousse helps too, to lock in moisture after you have applied a leave in conditioner.

Using products on your hair is great if you have dry hair, simply to product your hair from the elements, just like your skin. :) Hope this helps!!!!

I use Garnier Fructis Frizz control and if you use all the products together it works even better. By that I mean the shampoo, conditioner,and styling products. Or Sometimes i just use cholesterol, some smell bad and some don't i have on that smells fruity i forget the name of it i just know that you can find it at Sally's Beauty store and it is in a container and it is orange.

Try Aveda Brilliant Shampoo and Conditioner. It only takes out the dirt without stripping your hair of its natural oils and it won't leave your hair streaky clean and dry. This stuff is awesome because your hair will feel silky. Also, Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner once a week will help your hair after shampooing and conditioner. Um, if you straighten your hair you can use the CHI flat iron (ceramic is less damaging to the hair). Protect it first with the CHI silk infusion. Only use a dime size amount in your hand. This stuff is not greasy and will leave your hair feeling silky. Also, if you just wash and go try the Farouk Biosilk Silk Therapy. It is like a detangler and it is non greasy. Leaves your hair soft. It has sunscreen in it and it leaves your hair smelly really pretty. Also, for gel, John Freida's Frizz Ease Corrective Styling Gel.
