When you do shampoo, be sure and use a heavy conditioner (not waxy tho...try something like Bumble %26amp; Bumble's DEEEP). You should also do treatments once or twice a week (you can use that same conditioner just put a hot towel on your head and leave in for 10 minutes then rinse). Use leave-in conditioners and try to avoid blow drying and using heat irons if you can. When you do use flat irons, etc. be sure and use a silicone based product like BioSilk's Silk Therapy to help protect your hair from the heat. Mostly you just need to keep your hair hydrated and also keep it trimmed. Split ends just get worse and make your hair look worse......
