I'm black but I want my hair to be healthy and clean, I don't use chemical treatments for straigtning....I do use hair gel though, so therefore I need to wash my hair daily...what do you suggest

Dilute white vinegar with water, and rinse your hair......it'll remove all impurities.

Gel is bad for your hair, use shea butter to keep it shiny, moist, and manageable.

I am a natural black woman too and in the summer I wash my hair daily. It may dry your hair out in the winter so make sure you are using moisturizing conditioner. Besides that, there's nothing wrong with it.
