Try using Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner. That will make it less dry. As for shine, find some weightless hair polisher. It works wonders!!!!

I used to dye my hair black, and the lady that bleached it back to blonde really botched it. I now have very dry and damaged hair. But I've found a few things that have made it look better.

I use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner almost everyday. The few (maybe once or twice) days a week that I don't use those, I use a deep cleansing shampoo.

Every night after my shower, I use John Frieda Leave-In Conditioner. That stuff really makes it soft and silky.

Once a week, I use "Ion Repair Solutions Hair Reconstructor Treatment" as directed on the bottle. I got this from Sally's Beauty Supply.

After doing this for a week or two, my hair looked a lot better.
