Well, i have fine and frizzy hair, so i think i can help pretty well with the frizz, and probably the thickness too. I have found that Aveda products work extremely well for frizz, and they have lots of varieties for different hair types. Now, Aveda is a little pricy, and mostly organic, but not 100%. It is also sort of exclusive, there are not many stores, andy you can only get Aveda products in Aveda stores. Dove products are also good for frizz, they have certain creams and sprays and such that work good to make nice soft and un-frizzy hair. Dove is a cheaper brand, but works very well. I also find that Biolage works very, very well! It doesn't dry your hair out, but still un-frizzes it. Biolage is a little on the pricy side but works sooooo good! I love it. It used to be available in salons only, but now you can get a few varieties of it in super markets. These are a few good brands that help dry, frizzy and thick hair...or all. I am sure one of the kinds of them will help you. I loved all of them for my fine and frizzy hair. Hope this helpls!

there are silking serums like paul mitchell kiwi and badazz which i find work the best after straighting or curling my hair. You can get these brands at salons or there are silking serums at the store but not sure if they work as good. the best thing is a small bottle can last a long time bc you only have to use a pea size i have the same problem and my hair is really long and it works great for me! good luck!

Try tail and mane shampoo (no, that's not a joke). It was originally developed for show horses, but a few years ago, it became very popular for people as well. You can even find it in most drug stores now. My wife uses it, and loves it.
