Aussie 3 Minute Miracle - smells yummy too.

Another thing that really works is to cover your hair with olive oil before you go to bed (wear a shower cap) and wash it off in the morning.

I find the herbal essences for dry and damaged hair good , but whats excellent and really cheap is henna deep conditioning from super drug its brilliant and try a bit of hair serum after, the henna treatment only costs about 99p and makes your hair silky and glossy i think its as good as all the expensive treatments, also olive oil works well you have to wash it ot with shampoo.

Whatever you end up using, try putting this home-treatment once a week/fortnight - it never fails in bringing back the softness, shine and elasticity to the hair: get one organic/free range egg, mix it with a few drops of good olive/evening primrose oil (just squeeze out the capsule), slap it on a dry hair and leave for a couple of hours. Wash as normal.

It would be great if you could also add a couple of drops of rosemary and carrot essential oils, as they will nourish and stimulate the hair follicles, and bring the whole thing back to life.

And if you have nothing else, just go for the egg. It will help, trust me:)

The very best stuff I have found is VO5 hot oil treatment, you don't need to use it everyday, say once or twice a week.

For a daily conditioner the Aussie Miracle Moist is excellent, someone gave me a bottle when I was travelling and had very dried out hair. My hair felt and looked 100 times better after one use.

Go to the supermarket and but some olive oil. Massage it through your hair at night, put a towel on your pillow and wash your hair in the morning. Your hair will feel fantastic.
